What causes migraines?
Migraine causes are alot and scientists till now are unable to identify specific causes of migraine, but there is some evidence that makes us suggest certain factors for migraine headache.

for example :
Heredity and Environment, these factors may enhance the risk of migraine attack.
Fortunately, as the knowledge about migraine causes increased the methods of cure and treatment also improved.
The experts found that the migraine maybe originated from trigeminal nerve system which is the way that the pain take in our nervous system.

The migraine problem arises when there is a problem in this system leading to its classic symptoms which are:
headache ,sever pain, irritability ,and sensitivity to noise and lights.

Migraine may lead also to nausea and vomiting in sever cases.

As we said above heredity and genetics play important role in migraine attack ,latest researches show that about 50% of people that have one parent suffers from migraine  are susceptible for migraine attack.

Triggers of migraine may be events , stress or work tension that act as onset for this painful disease.

You must identify your personal trigger to find the cure and treatment, you can start by recording all details about your migraine attack this is excellent way to find your personal migraine cause ,so you can avoid this causes in the future.
Your record should includes the duration and frequency and the all other factor may help you to identify your personal trigger.
And this is a list for the major migraine causes

1- Your food
Beer ,chocolate, soy sauce and any fermented food either dried or canned can act as migraine cause so you must carefully choose your food.

2- Environment:
Strong light, noise or smoke may also serve as migraine trigger ,so it is better to avoid this conditions.

3- Sexual status and hormones:
Hormone fluctuation in pre-manstrual and hormones therapy  act as a migraine causes.

4- Stress and tension:
Of course ,as the level of stress increases, risk of migraine attak also increases ,so that you must reduce tension and sterss in your life

5- Time and weather changes:
change in time while traveling from one country to another may disturbs your sleeping and this act as migraine trigger, also changes in season and weather.

6- Your fitness and physical status:
Sexual activity, sleeping disruption or bone pain, also may serve as one of the migraine causes.

The last six factors are the most common migraine causes. Till the science finds a clear cure for migraine, you have to find your trigger and find the way to avoid it.
