Cashews or almonds nuts:
Too much of nuts may cause migraine headaches, due to protein or fat which it causes in your body.
Eggs:
The sulfur in eggs can be a migraine cause, and it may cause pressure and pain, but sulfur and protein can improve your skin health, and
it have antibiotic properties that can cure acne, but with the vegetarian diet, it may cause a migraine headaches.
Chocolate:
Eating too much chocolate could be a big migraine cause, as this Chocolate contains phenylalanine which adds pressure to the head, that why chocolate are a very important migraine cause.
Fruits that cause migraine:
Red apples are a migraine cause, and pears are a migraine cause too, and drinking too much apple juice can cause migraine, because it contains lots of fiber, pigmentation.
citrus fruit is known as a migraine cause too.
Red wine:
Red wine can cause migraine too.
